Farmers To The Rescue

Our nation is facing a serious meat shortage as conditions at meatpacking plants nationwide have caused them to become COVID-19 hotspots. Over the years, our butcher Lena Diaz has built relationships with local family farms based on quality, commitment to sustainable land use, and humane handling practices. These long-standing, mutually-respectful relationships are helping us to maintain our supply of high-quality, pasture-raised meat.

The Greene Grape takes pride in the quality of the meat, poultry, and fish we offer. We have always maintained that locality and quality go hand in hand. From pasture to Provisions, the entire supply chain is no more than 400 miles long. To serve you even better during this time of increased demand, we are relying on our farm partners to provide some cuts that have been processed at their facilities.
