A classic Japanese condiment, Kosho literally means "pepper". This full-flavored rub is made of Yuzu zest, kombu seaweed, chile pepper and salt. This gives Yakami Yuzu Kosho Green a mix of bright citrus, umami from the kombu, and heat from the pepper. A must for yakitori or barbecue.
