This estate is located in the middle of the Sannio area of Casalduni, Campania, where local "briganti" (brigands) clashed with Italian troops in the 1800s. Today, the Terra di Briganti is home to a biodynamic vineyard of the same name that produces this bubbly blend of Sciascinoso and Aglianico. Almost light cherry at sight, this pet nat offers a good bubble intensity with beautiful aromas of raspberry and blood orange blossoms, with a soft touch of white pepper. On the palate, added hints of cider and dark berries swell across the palate of this juicy, bit dry sparkler. Perfect for antipasti, falls salads, fried fish, and vegetable tempura. Vegan.
