Rustichella Faro CousCous is a nutty flavored tiny pasta made from 100% stone ground whole faro, grown on the hills of Abruzzo. Faro is low in gluten, and so it's often more digestable for people who are gluten-intollerant. Easy to cook by steaming until the granules reach a light, fluffy consistency, and served with anything from meat ragu to seafood to a simple drizzle of olive oil.
