Pimms is a gin-based liqueur that was invented in England in the 19th century. It is made from a combination of dry gin, liqueur, fruit juices and spices although according to legend, the exact recipe is known to only six people in the world. It has a medium body and a refreshing taste of citrus, herbs, and spice. Traditionally it is served in a tall glass filled with ice. Fill the glass about a quarter of the way with Pimm¿s and then top off with ginger ale and garnish with a slice of lemon.
