This third generation winemaking family has been growing grapes, and tending olive, cherry, and peach trees for over 30 years in the Montsant river basin. Led by Josep Borras Miquel, these sculpted wines are true representations of their soil. Made from Macabeu and White Grenache, the flower and spices accentuate the sandy, granite-rich mica soil of the vineyards. On the nose, the Macabeu offers powerful aromas of citrus and stone fruit. Low temperature steel fermentation allows layers of flowers and mountain herbs to rise from the glass. On the palate, the wine is elegant and lingers with notes of lemon curd and savory spice coming to the fore. An ideal wine to accompany sweet or savory snacks, pizzas, fish and pasta dishes. Vegan.
