The Keller family emigrated from Switzerland generations ago and has owned parts of the Dalsheimer Hubacker vineyard since 1789. The family history is as deep as their interest in the history of local vineyards. Run today by Klaus Peter Keller, the winery is now one of Germany's most respected producers, known for intense, elegant wines like this unique cuvée of Riesling. Keller rarely makes an off-dry Riesling and can only do so when the conditions are perfect. With finely concentrated peach and apple notes balanced by freshness, a stony finish, and just 9.5% alcohol, it's the perfect wine for everything from fondue to weekend brunch.
