This is the queen of all raclettes! This cheese is made with raw milk the Val de Bagnes in the village of Bruson, in the canton of the Valais, which is the birthplace of the famous Raclette! It has a delicate and creamy taste with an acidic note, and savory flavors reminiscent of beef boullion. Raclette de Bruson is excellent for cooking, as it melts "like a silk scarf falling off a brass rail"!
