Made with wild agave Cupreata in Apango, Guerrero by the Alcaraz family who founded the brand in 2012. The family wanted to create a spirit that represents the traditions, joy and flavours of the festivals and celebrations that take place in small towns across Mexico. A unique expression of the rare agave Cupreata from a little-known area, this mezcal is elegant and smooth while still being full flavoured. Roasted underground with tepehuaje and encino wood and double distilled in a copper alembic, this Mezcal is beautifully aromatic with notes of cedar, green pepper, clove and tobacco. Full and herbaceous with light smoke on the smooth, satisfying finish.
