The centuries-old passion for viticulture, and sincere love for the land, comes a product that represents the present and the future of the Family Corvezzo. The wine-producing business of the Corvezzo family is situated in the town of Cessalto, in the heart of the countryside of Treviso, celebrated for its prestigious cultural tradition and the great beauty of its terrain. This is Prosseco col fondo (meaning “with its bottom” or “with sediment”), an unfiltered, lightly sparkling, bottle-fermented wine, allowed to remain on its lees, or spent yeast cells. Made from organic grapes, the wine opens with the scent of apple and pear blossoms and glides along the palate with a silky texture and marked pear flavors. Its balanced acidity makes this wine an an excellent partner for seafood dishes and pizza.
