BRINS Jam & Marmalade is a little company born in Louisiana and raised in Brooklyn by the founder and owner, Candice Ross. She started her special recipes from the care packages of citrus and herbs her family would send from back home in Louisiana. A nod to her heritage, BRINS takes its name from the Cajun French word for "little bit". A back-to-basics product handcrafted from fresh fruit and spices, BRINS is Ross’s little bit of family and home she has brought here to Brooklyn.
