Made from all New York grains by a fantastic gentleman by the name of Brad (and we¿re not just saying that because he brought us a barel sample of rye whisky), this gin has a nice roundness to it (somewhere between an English dry and an Old Tom) and its botanical profile relies on the sweet piney-ness of rosemary and the bitter bite of citrus peel. A truly tasty, local distillate.
