This blend of rhum agricoles from Martinique is aged in ex-Bourbon casks. As a result of this charred wood and the hot climate of the Caribbean, the rhum is lightly tannic with hints of caramel and vanilla draped over notes of ripe tropical fruit and a hint of exotic spice.
