Winning father and son team Jean-Luc and Paul Aegerter have succeeded in just a few short years to make a name for themselves amidst the storied lands of Burgundy. The Nuits-Saint-Georges Les Plateaux was the first plot acquired by Aegerter in 1994, serving as the initial spark of passion and appreciation for Burgundy Pinot Noir. Needless to say there is a little extra love put into the wines from this near mythological plot. Brilliant cherry red in the glass with aromas of bright, ripe red fruits that peek through savory hints of forest floor. The palate is harmonious and fresh, bringing juicy bramble fruits guided by gentle tannins culminating in a long, satisfying finish. This is a bold, juicy, timeless classic that perfectly encapsulates Burgundy Pinot.
