Refund Policy

Greene Grape Wine & Spirits accepts returns on the following items:

- Defective wines, spirits and sakes
- Unopened bottles of spirits

We DO NOT accept returns on unopened bottles of wine or sake. Once a wine or sake leaves the store we can no longer guarantee proper storage and therefore we are not able to reshelve the item. This policy is meant to protect all of our customers and we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.

Defective items and unopened spirits may be exchanged for its purchase value or can be refunded in the original form of payment. Returns only accepted within 30 days of purchase. No refunds/exchanges without original sales receipt.

We DO NOT accept returns on gift cards.
