and people with disabilities can access high-quality groceries.
We've compiled a helpful list of your most Frequently Asked Questions:
Which zip codes do you deliver to?
Currently we deliver to 11201, 11205, 11211, 11213, 11215, 11216, 11217, 11231, 11238, and 11243. Please click here to see our delivery map.
Do you offer contactless delivery?
Yes. All of our deliveries are contactless. Our team wears masks and gloves every step of the way when they are preparing your order.
Do you offer curbside pick-up?
Yes. We offer curbside pick-up as an option at checkout.
What is the order cut-off time for next-day delivery or pick-up?
Cut-off time for next day delivery is 2pm. Orders placed BEFORE 2pm will be available for pickup or delivery the NEXT DAY. Orders placed AFTER 2pm will be available for pickup or delivery the DAY AFTER NEXT. For example: an order placed at 2:01pm on Friday will be delivered or ready for pick-up Sunday before 8pm.
Do you deliver food with wine and spirits?
Yes. We provide combined delivery for items from both of our stores. Please note: 1) You must be over the age of 21 to purchase alcohol. Delivery of products containing alcohol require proof of age in the form of a valid, current photo ID. 2) Wine & spirits will be charged separately from food & grocery items. Wine & spirits are sold by Fort Greene Wines Inc., d/b/a The Greene Grape, Lic #1146989, 765 Fulton St., Brooklyn, NY 11217, (718) 797-9463.
Will you notify me if an item is back in stock?
Yes. If an item is out of stock on our website, you can enter your name and email and you will receive an automated notification when the item is back in stock.
What is the minimum order to qualify for delivery?
We provide delivery for orders over $100 to encourage our customers to stock up so we can maximize the number of customers we serve. We also charge a delivery fee of $10. Our delivery team is made up of employees who receive paid time off and are eligible for benefits.
Is there a minimum order to qualify for pick-up?
There is no minimum for pick-up orders and curbside pick-up is free.
How will I be notified that my order is ready for pick-up?
Our customer care team will contact you with a delivery window as soon as your order is ready. Deliveries are scheduled between 2pm-8pm.
What is the latest time I can pick up my order?
You may come by for curbside pickup anytime between the time you’re notified that your order is ready and 8:30pm.
If I request curbside pick-up, how do I let the store know I’m here?
When you arrive outside the store, please call us at (718) 797-9463 and press 1 or 2 to let us know you’re here. Someone will come outside with your groceries as quickly as possible.
Why is there a hold on my credit card for the amount of my order?
Similar to other grocery delivery companies, we place a hold on your payment method for the amount of your order. Once our team has shopped your order, we adjust the total to take into account items that have to be weighed or may not be in stock before we put the charge through.
Who do I contact if there are items missing from my order?
Please check the receipt included with your delivery (not your order confirmation) to see if you were charged for missing items. If you were charged for anything that is not in your bag, email our customer care team at: firstname.lastname@example.org. They will be able to arrange for a refund or possible redelivery.
When can I expect to receive my refund?
The refund will be credited to your payment method within 3-5 business days after it is processed.
How do I tip my delivery person electronically?

May I add items to my order once it’s placed?
Email our customer care team at: email@example.com. They will do their best to accommodate your request. However due to the high volume of orders, they may not be able to respond in time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Do you offer case discounts online?
Yes. When you add 12 bottles of wine and/or spirits to your cart, a 15% discount is automatically applied at check-out. This discount can not be combined with any other promotions or offers.
